  • Can Christmas Lights Be Made From a Customer's Drawing or Design
Can Christmas Lights Be Made From a Customer's Drawing or Design
    Aug 28, 2026
The answer is: yes — but we need to see your drawing first. Not every design can be manufactured as-is. Some designs are structurally unfeasible, some dimensions don't work for shipping, and some effects can't be achieved in actual installation. It's better to catch these issues at the design stage than during production. Lejin Lighting welcomes clients to send us their drawings. We'll help you confirm feasibility.   Step 1 – Submit Your Design Client designs come in many forms — hand-drawn sketches, digital renderings, reference photos, or even just a written description. Lejin Lighting's design team will conduct a quick assessment: Is this design structurally feasible? Do the dimensions work for the intended site? Can the lighting effects be achieved? If any information is missing, Lejin will proactively contact you to fill in the gaps, ensuring alignment before moving forward.     Step 2 – Design Review and Optimization After receiving the drawing, Lejin Lighting's design team carefully reviews it from three angles: Structural feasibility: Motif lights require a metal (steel or aluminum) framework for support. We assess which parts of the design can be kept as-is and which need adjustment. Shipping feasibility: Can large motif lights be broken down into modules that fit standard containers? If not, shipping costs may exceed expectations. Installation feasibility: Does the site have the conditions to support the specified dimensions and weight? Are special tools or equipment required? If the design requires adjustments, Lejin Lighting provides modification suggestions — rather than simply saying "we can't do it." The client always has the final say. We offer professional advice, but we don't make decisions for our clients.     Step 3 – 3D Renderings and Structural Drawings Confirmation Once the design is confirmed, Lejin Lighting creates 3D renderings and detailed structural drawings. The renderings show how the motif light will look when lit; the structural drawings specify the framework material, dimensions, light string layout, installation method, and other production details. After receiving the drawings, clients can compare them against their original design intent — verifying shape, dimensions, and lighting effects. The project will only proceed to production after the client confirms everything is correct. If changes are needed, the drawings can be revised accordingly. Lejin Lighting never starts production without confirmed approval.     Step 4 – Production and Delivery After the drawings are confirmed, the project enters the production phase. Lejin Lighting's production process includes: material preparation, framework fabrication, light string installation, assembly, power testing, and pre-shipment quality inspection. Every batch undergoes installation testing before shipment to ensure consistent quality. The production timeline varies depending on product complexity and order quantity, with the estimated schedule confirmed at the time of drawing approval.     From drawing to finished product, there are four steps. Lejin Lighting provides support at every stage: design review confirms feasibility, renderings let clients see the final look, structural drawings provide production specifications, and production turns your vision into shippable products. Lejin ensures clients have a complete understanding of the product before production begins. If you have a design or idea, feel free to send it our way. (Contact us)

  • 10 Things Shopping Malls Should Know Before Buying Christmas Lighting From China
10 Things Shopping Malls Should Know Before Buying Christmas Lighting From China
    Aug 13, 2026
Purchasing Christmas lighting for a shopping mall is fundamentally different from regular retail procurement. It's a significant investment that directly shapes customer experience and dwell time during the most critical season of the year. Yet, every year, malls run into the same avoidable problems: lights failing before Christmas, containers held at customs due to incomplete documentation, and installations that don't fit the space. These issues can be prevented — with the right planning and the right supplier.   1. Start Early – Timing Is Everything Mall lighting projects should begin at least 6 months in advance, with orders finalized 4 months before installation. Custom-shaped displays require weeks of design iteration, production takes 6–12 weeks, shipping 2–6 weeks, and on-site installation 1–3 weeks. Starting late means rushed shipping fees, limited design choices, or compromised quality. This isn't a problem that "working faster" can fix.    2. Verify Certifications – Don't Just Compare Prices CE, RoHS, SAA – these certifications are non-negotiable for customs clearance and legal installation. The key question: can your supplier provide batch-specific test reports, not just a one-off sample certificate? And is the IP waterproof rating suitable for outdoor use (at least IP65)? For LEJIN, providing batch-specific compliance documents is standard practice before every shipment leaves our factory. (Click)   3. Look Beyond Renderings – Ask for Real Case Photos 3D renderings and catalogs can be impressive, but they don't prove manufacturing quality. Ask for real photos and videos – not studio shots, but actual installations in real venues. For large projects, consider a physical factory visit or a video tour. LEJIN clients are welcome to schedule virtual or on-site factory tours – production lines, warehouses, and testing areas are open for viewing upon request. (Click)   4. Factor in Installation and Maintenance Costs Many buyers focus only on the product cost, overlooking installation and ongoing maintenance. Ask your supplier: do they provide installation manuals, wiring diagrams, or remote technical support? LEJIN includes printed installation manuals with every shipment, and digital copies are available in advance. For large projects, our engineering team can provide remote guidance. Selling the lights is just the first step — making sure they get installed properly is what matters.   5. Check Customization Details – Size, Shipping, and Assembly For custom shaped lights, confirm these details: Does the size fit your venue? Can the structure be broken down into modules for shipping (standard container height is 8.5 ft)? How many people and how many days are needed for on-site assembly? LEJIN confirms all these parameters at the design stage – ensuring customs fit, container compatibility, and a clear assembly plan. From design to delivery to installation, we make sure the lights arrive ready to be installed. (Click)   6. Evaluate Production Capacity – It Determines Whether Your Order Ships on Time Capacity isn't just about factory size. It comes down to three things: Are core materials pre-stocked to avoid peak-season shortages? Do large projects get dedicated production lines? Has the supplier experienced delays during past peak seasons? At LEJIN, we maintain year-round stock of core materials – copper wire, LED chips, and drivers – so we're never caught short when demand surges. Large projects are assigned exclusive production lines. And in the past three peak seasons, we've had zero delays caused by capacity issues. (Click)   7. Logistics and Customs Clearance – What Support Does the Supplier Offer? International shipping involves more than loading a container. Ask: Does the supplier assist with customs documentation? Are packaging options available for sea or air freight (shockproof, moisture-proof)? Can they coordinate multiple shipping methods? These details directly affect whether your goods arrive on time. LEJIN's packaging and logistics planning begin at the order confirmation stage – shockproof packaging, customs documents, and transport coordination are all arranged before shipment.   8. Waterproofing and Durability – Get the Details Right Mall lights hang outdoors from November through January, exposed to rain, snow, high winds, and coastal salt spray. Ask for three key specifications: IP waterproof rating (IP65 minimum for outdoor use), wind resistance (with test data available), and LED chip brand and warranty period. LEJIN provides waterproof test records for every batch, structural strength reports for wind resistance, and clear warranty details in every shipment – so clients always have the answers they need. (Click)   9. Check the Supplier's Track Record – Not Just Their Website Description Use B2B platforms or third-party tools to verify: on-time delivery rate (95%+ is ideal), response time (within 1-3 hours indicates a professional team), and repeat customer rate (30%+ suggests strong satisfaction). These data points tell you more than any marketing copy.   10. Request Samples – Don't Skip This Step Before mass production, ask for a sample and test it yourself – verify that brightness, color temperature, and waterproofing match the specifications promised. For custom shaped lights, also request structural drawings and installation instructions to confirm that the design works for your site conditions.   If you're planning a Christmas lighting purchase for a shopping mall, LEJIN has been through all of these considerations – and solved them. From voltage compatibility to installation support, our team provides one-on-one procurement advice and technical assistance tailored to your venue. With 26 years of export experience, we know what mall clients care about most – and what they tend to overlook. Contact us. Your questions have answers.

  • How Christmas Lights Are Made: Inside Our Complete Manufacturing Process
How Christmas Lights Are Made: Inside Our Complete Manufacturing Process
    Jul 31, 2026
Behind every box of decorative lights our clients receive is a complete production process. From raw material intake to finished goods shipment, every step along the way ultimately reflects in the quality of the product.     Raw Materials – It Starts with Material Selection The first step of every production run is confirming that all materials are in place. LEJIN's core materials include pure rubber wire, copper wire, LED chips, PVC materials, and more. Each batch of incoming materials undergoes incoming inspection – checking whether copper wire diameter meets specifications, whether rubber wire complies with standards, and whether LED brightness and color temperature are consistent. Only materials that pass inspection enter the production line, eliminating quality risks at the source.     LED Soldering and Light Source Module Processing This is the core step that determines the lifespan and stability of the lights. LED chips are soldered onto circuit boards or string light wires – the soldering process directly affects conductivity and heat dissipation performance. After soldering, each light board or string section undergoes a power-on test to confirm all LEDs are lit, with no dead LEDs or flickering, before moving to the next step.     Assembly – Turning Components into Complete Lights The assembly stage combines soldered light strings, wires, connectors, controllers, and other components into finished decorative light products. This phase includes soldering or crimping LED leads to main wires, installing waterproof connectors, and assembling motif light structural frames. For motif lights, the metal skeleton is finally assembled and secured at this stage. After assembly, each product undergoes visual and structural inspection to confirm secure connectors, undamaged wires, and complete shape integrity.     Testing and Packaging – The Final Check Before Shipment Testing is the core of LEJIN's quality control system. Every batch must pass multiple quality inspections before shipment, including but not limited to aging tests, waterproof tests, salt spray tests, and UV aging tests. Only products that pass all tests proceed to packaging. Packaging solutions vary by product type and shipping method – from shockproof foam wrapping to reinforced cartons or detachable wooden crates. A final inspection is conducted before packaging to confirm flawless appearance, complete accessories, and correct labeling. Items are sorted by type inside containers to ensure safe transit. At this point, a batch of goods has completed the full journey from raw materials to finished products, ready for delivery.

  • Continuous Innovation: New Products Every Year, Better Lighting Solutions for Commercial Clients
Continuous Innovation: New Products Every Year, Better Lighting Solutions for Commercial Clients
    Jun 18, 2026
The festival lighting industry is no longer in the era of "one product lasts ten years." Shopping malls, tourist attractions, and brand events want more than just "lights that work." They want "this year's look." Tastes change. Needs change. Application scenarios change. Can one product last five years? Sure. But your competitors are already using new designs to attract visitors. LEJIN insists on regularly launching new designs — not just for the sake of "newness," but to "keep up with our customers."   Why Regular New Products? Motif lights are the visual focal point of commercial spaces and holiday scenes — Christmas displays in mall atriums, festive installations in plazas, branded symbols for events. But motif lights have one defining characteristic: they exist to create freshness. The same Santa Claus display, year after year — customers glance and walk away. The same pumpkin light, season after season — no one stops to take photos. The styles, sizes, themes, and lighting effects of motif lights all need continuous renewal to keep capturing consumer attention.     How We Do It New products don't appear out of nowhere. They're backed by a complete R&D system. LEJIN has an in-house design team that handles everything from concept to drawing — no outsourcing, faster communication, and more efficient revisions. Our creative direction follows industry trends and customer feedback, while also tracking shifts in overseas market preferences. We plan new products around seasonal peaks like Christmas and Halloween — staying ahead of each holiday cycle. Once designs are finalized, our in-house mold workshop and mature production lines move quickly from sampling to mass production. We can imagine it. And we can make it fast.     What Value Do New Products Bring to Clients? Keep it fresh every year: Commercial spaces need constant renewal. Regular new products give clients fresh content year after year — no more using the same lights every season. Stay ahead of the curve: What we launch reflects where the market is heading. Clients who choose our new products are moving with the trends. Save time and effort: We handle design and development. Clients simply choose and order — no need to find designers or handle sampling themselves. Create buzz: A standout decorative light is naturally shareable. Customers see it, take photos, post on social media — that's free exposure for their venue.     LEJIN is not just a "outdoor decorative lighting seller." We are a "partner that continuously provides fresh options for clients." Regularly launching new products isn't because we "can't sit still." It's because our clients need it. The market needs it. We don't promise one product that sells for ten years. What we promise is this: Every year, new products are brought to market — delivering more competitive lighting solutions for our clients.

  • Real Lighting Projects: How LEJIN Decorative Lights Illuminate Nightscapes Around the World
Real Lighting Projects: How LEJIN Decorative Lights Illuminate Nightscapes Around the World
    Jun 10, 2026
Cities are judged by their architecture during the day, but by their lighting at night. Whether a city feels warm, vibrant, or cold after dark depends largely on how light is used. For 26 years, LEJIN has been making festival lights that appear on streets, plazas, parks, and commercial districts around the world — not just to illuminate, but to beautify. We help clients use lighting to enhance nighttime atmosphere, making streets warmer and cities more refined.   1. Beautifying Roads — Making the Journey Home Warmer Roads are more than passageways — they are part of a city's nighttime identity. Decorative lights installed on both sides of street poles add an extra layer of charm to what would otherwise be purely functional lighting. These seemingly small touches bring noticeable change: both pedestrians and vehicles experience a warmer, more welcoming street atmosphere. An ordinary road takes on a distinct character after dark.     2. Upgrading Cityscapes — Giving Public Spaces a "Premium Feel" Plazas, parks, and municipal buildings are a city's "face" — defined by design during the day and by lighting at night. Illuminated archways stand at the entrance, forming a glowing passage that clearly guides residents and visitors on their way. On both sides, two sculpted moose-shaped lights stand quietly, glowing warmly as if welcoming guests. As people walk in, they naturally get the feeling that "this is the right place." During the holidays, municipal building facades are tastefully illuminated — never overdone, always reflecting the city's character. Smart lighting does more than illuminate — it decorates.     3. Creating Nighttime Atmosphere — Bringing Commercial Streets to Life Shopping streets, pedestrian zones, and night markets are the battlegrounds of the nighttime economy. LEJIN's holiday decorative lights create a complete festive atmosphere for commercial streets. A giant spiral tree stands at the center of the plaza, with lights spiraling up its trunk — becoming the visual focal point of the entire area, drawing visitors to stop and take photos. Scattered around are various photo-worthy shaped lights — from thrones to moose — each one a natural photo spot. Holiday-themed lights such as Santa Claus are interspersed throughout, filling the street with a strong festive spirit, attracting foot traffic while boosting local visibility.     For 26 years, LEJIN's outdoor decorative lights have appeared on streets around the world. We don't just sell lights — we help clients solve problems with lighting: making roads more beautiful, giving cities more character, and bringing commercial areas more energy. Whether it's a single street, a public plaza, or an entire city — LEJIN's festival lights are quietly helping to illuminate the night, adding a unique touch to cities after dark.

  • Big Order Safe, Urgent Shipment Quick
Big Order Safe, Urgent Shipment Quick
    Jun 04, 2026
Clients most commonly face two types of orders: one is a long-term large project that runs for a month — worried the factory might fall apart halfway; the other is a peak-season rush order for last-minute restocking — worried the factory has no capacity or that rushed products come with quality issues. Large festival lighting orders need stability. Rush orders need speed. This isn't about attitude — it's about factory infrastructure, production lines, supply chain, and quality control. With 26 years of experience as a source factory, LEJIN delivers both: large orders handled reliably, rush orders managed without chaos.     1. Multiple Production Lines, Parallel Scheduling We run dozens of mature assembly lines and over 30 professional machines. What does this mean for you? ·Large orders get dedicated lanes, not queue-jumping: When a large project requires multiple types of lighting strings, we don't force one line to handle them all in sequence. We calculate the rhythm from day one — multiple lines run simultaneously, each doing its own thing, without competing for time. ·Rush orders don't cause gridlock: With scientific production scheduling, we can insert urgent orders reasonably without disrupting regular deliveries. Key processes add shifts to shorten lead times — truly achieving "faster, not messier."     2. Pre-Stocked Materials, Stable Supply Many factories avoid large decorative lighting orders not because they can't produce, but because they're afraid to hold inventory — cash flow pressure, fear of overstocking. LEJIN thinks the opposite. We pre-stock core materials year-round. Because we work with professional engineering clients whose needs are predictable and orders can be planned. When peak season arrives and the whole industry is scrambling for materials, our "ammunition" is already sitting in our warehouse. Peak season success isn't about who runs faster — it's about who prepared earlier.     3. Quality Control Never Compromises Whether it's a long-term large order or a peak-season rush order, our quality standards never drop. Every product must go through a complete testing process: waterproof tests, salt spray tests, UV resistance tests. From raw material inspection to component processing, assembly, and wiring — every step follows the same standards. Only fully qualified finished products like smart decoration lights enter the packaging and shipping process.     The core requirement of long-term large holiday lighting orders has never been the lowest price — it's predictable delivery. The core requirement of peak-season rush orders is not just "can you do it" — it's "can you do it fast and well." As a source factory with 26 years of experience, LEJIN integrates scalable production, strategic material stocking, and strict quality control to deliver continuous, stable, and uninterrupted order fulfillment.

  • LEJIN Mini Class 1 — “Which Smart Light is Right for My Project?”
LEJIN Mini Class 1 — “Which Smart Light is Right for My Project?”
    May 15, 2026
This week, LEJIN's R&D department held a training session on our newest smart LED chip series. Why spend time training on LED chips? Because they are the heart of smart decorative lighting — every lighting effect comes from this tiny component. Only when our team truly understands the capabilities and limits of each chip can we design solutions that perfectly match real project needs. So here's a quick guide to our new smart light chip lineup.     1. RGB Chip (Classic Model) A widely used classic. It supports cascade synchronization — multiple sets can be connected to work together. In terms of effects, it can do jumping, chasing, and other dynamic changes, but it does not support brightness gradients, patterns, or text. If your project has simple lighting requirements, this chip is an economical choice.   2. New Chip 1 (Budget-Friendly, Pre‑programmed) The biggest advantage is its low price. Unlike the RGB chip, it supports normal brightness gradients for richer visuals. Before shipment, we can pre‑program customized effects — flowing water, chasing, patterns, text — directly into the chip. The trade‑off is that clients cannot modify effects after receiving the product. It can control up to 1,600 decorative lighting chips at a time, making it suitable for small to medium‑sized projects.   3. New Chip 2 (Flexible, On‑site Re‑programmable) Same as Chip 1, it supports brightness gradients and can be customized with various effects. The key difference: it supports on‑site re‑programming — clients can modify the lighting effects based on actual needs after delivery. The control limit is 16,000 chips, ideal for small to medium projects that require flexibility.   4. New Chip 3 (Flagship for Large Projects) This is our flagship chip and the most stable performer in the entire smart lighting lineup. Its core advantages: · No brightness drop over long runs – Large projects often run for weeks or months. Ordinary chips lose brightness; Chip 3 stays consistent. · Finer brightness gradients – Smoother transitions, more premium visuals. · User re‑programmable – Clients can change lighting styles and effects on‑site anytime – no need to return to the factory. · No upper limit on chip control – The key differentiator. Whether it's a 10,000+ m² commercial street or a large cultural tourism project requiring tens of thousands of chips, one system covers it all.     RGB Chip New Chip1(Budget) New Chip 2 (Re-programmable) New Chip 3 (Flagship)   Brightness Gradient × √ √ √ (finer) Effect Customization Jumping, chasing only (no pattern/text) Pre-programmed before shipment (not user-modifiable) Supports on-site re-programming Supports user re-programming Project Scale Small, simple projects Small to medium projects Small to medium projects (needs flexibility) Large projects (flagship) Core Advantage Low cost Low price On-site re-programmable No upper limit+stable+fine gradient+reprogrammable   Training sessions like this are routine at LEJIN, not one‑offs. We believe that only when our team is truly professional can our clients be truly worry‑free. If you'd like to learn more about our smart LED lighting chips — or are looking for the right lighting solution for your next project — contact LEJIN. Our team is always ready to work with you on the perfect solution.

  • Don’t start festival lighting blindly — this is the proper approach.
Don’t start festival lighting blindly — this is the proper approach.
    May 13, 2026
Festival lighting is no longer just simple decoration. A well-designed project can extend customer stay time in malls, boost catering and retail sales, create popular social check-in spots, enhance building image and recognition, attract public attention, and strengthen employees' sense of belonging. Wondering how to run a safe, reliable and effective festival lighting project? Here is one of our classic cases.     Build a New Night Landmark with Festival Lighting This project served a multi-story commercial and office building, aiming to upgrade its night view with commercial and festive vibes. Centering on the building facade, we adopted layered and zoned lighting to cover from the rooftop to the podium. Six sets of large fireworks lights on the rooftop act as the visual focus; dynamic wave light strips outline the building for a flowing holiday decorative lighting atmosphere. A spherical arch and heart-shaped light trail at the entrance guide pedestrian flow, while the creative side light screen displays festival themes for social sharing. The design fits the original structure perfectly, delivering a layered and immersive night scene.     Safe, Worry-Free and No Disruption to Business We provided customized solutions and adjusted designs flexibly as required. With overall planning and zoned layout, we divided the rooftop, facade and entrance into independent smart decoration lighting areas for orderly visual effects. Low-power, high-protection outdoor lights are adopted, with construction arranged off-peak to avoid affecting daily business. We also launched a fast-track service, finishing design, rendering, production and delivery within 45 days to meet the festive schedule. The central control system allows easy switching of light modes for different occasions, balancing practicality and flexibility.     With 26 years of lighting manufacturing and engineering experience, LEJIN offers one-stop festival lighting solutions for malls, office buildings and commercial complexes. From planning and design to production and delivery, we create aesthetic yet functional lighting scenes to boost popularity and commercial value. If you are seeking reliable decorative lighting solutions for buildings or malls, contact LEJIN for tailored engineering services.

  • Three Hidden Pitfalls in CE / RoHS / UKCA Certification
Three Hidden Pitfalls in CE / RoHS / UKCA Certification
    May 08, 2026
You've got your supplier's certification documents—legitimate with official seals and verifiable numbers. But many are just sample certificates: only one light is lab-tested, while thousands of bulk units skip inspection entirely. This is no alarmism; it's a common reality in China's festival light export trade. Three hidden pitfalls are costing overseas engineering buyers substantial losses.   Pitfall 1: Genuine CE certificate, non-compliant bulk goods Many factories submit a perfect sample to get a valid CE certificate, then cut corners in mass production with cheaper wires, unprotected drivers and inferior light beads. When EU customs spot-checks fail upon arrival, the whole container is returned. You end up smart decorative light covering freight, paying penalties and taking full blame for project delays. Unlike others that only certify samples, LEJIN insists on batch-by-batch compliance. Every batch undergoes strict CE electrical safety tests, never relying on a single certificate for show.    Pitfall 2: Unnoticed expired RoHS reports RoHS reports are generally valid for just one year, yet many suppliers provide outdated documents years old. They may switch raw materials and even use leaded solder instead of lead-free, but still hand you old reports. Once EU customs XRF detectors find excess lead, batches face destruction, heavy fines, and your company may be customs-blacklisted with all future decorative lighting shipments subject to mandatory inspection. We run RoHS random checks on every incoming material and require upstream suppliers to update reports yearly. You get real valid data for the current batch, not obsolete files.    Pitfall 3: Passing off CE as UKCA, causing goods detained in Liverpool Post-Brexit, UKCA has replaced CE for UK market access, but many factories still ship christmas lights only with CE labels to save cost. UK customs now uses a new inspection system; goods without valid UKCA will be detained immediately. By the time you finish re-certification and relabeling, projects are already delayed for months. Worse, without a UK Authorised Representative, you cannot even re-apply. LEJIN holds independent UKCA certification with a designated UK representative. All UK shipments have exclusive compliance documents, no CE and UKCA mixing.   With 26 years as a professional holiday decoration light source factory, LEJIN believes certification is far more than a piece of paper—it's a full compliance system running through every production step. Need certificates? We have them ready. Need batch test reports? Every batch is fully traceable. Want a factory audit? You are welcome anytime.

  • The Hidden Ticket: Why Certification Matters More Than Price
The Hidden Ticket: Why Certification Matters More Than Price
    May 05, 2026
As a source factory with 26 years of experience in festival lighting, LEJIN will be straight with you: when it comes to overseas festival lighting engineering projects, international certifications are not a "nice to have" — they are a "must have." Without them, your festival lights cannot be exported, cannot enter local markets, and your project cannot move forward. Today, let's break down the three most important tickets: CE, RoHS, and UKCA.     1. CE Certification: The Required "Entry Pass" for EU Engineering Projects CE certification is the "access pass" to the EU market — whether you want to sell decorative lights in the EU or participate in EU engineering projects (such as municipal holiday displays or shopping mall Christmas lighting in Europe), this certification is mandatory. Without CE certification, your goods won't clear EU customs, won't even get through the market door, let alone win engineering orders. All LEJIN decorative lights have passed CE certification, meeting EU safety standards, ensuring smooth customs clearance and bid participation — helping you securely secure EU engineering projects.     2. RoHS Certification: The "Environmental Baseline" Your Project Must Meet for Acceptance RoHS certification is essentially an "environmental pass." Its core function is to control hazardous substances in christmas lights — such as lead and mercury in LED chips and wiring — keeping them within regulated limits. In overseas markets, whether municipal or commercial projects, tender processes and project acceptance checks will look for this certification. Without it, or if standards aren't met, the project won't pass acceptance — and you may face penalty payments for breach of contract. LEJIN helps you avoid environmental pitfalls, ensures smooth project acceptance, and saves you from unnecessary expenses.     3. UKCA Certification: The Exclusive "Pass" for UK Engineering Projects UKCA certification is the "local access pass" introduced specifically after Brexit — essentially the UK's version of CE certification. Its requirements are similar to CE, with a focus on meeting UK local safety standards. With UKCA, your holiday decorative lights can legally enter the UK market and successfully win UK engineering orders.     For overseas festival lighting engineering projects, missing any one of CE, RoHS, or UKCA is not an option — it directly affects order fulfillment and project acceptance. LEJIN has been making festival smart lights for 26 years, and all our products come fully equipped with these three certifications, plus SAA, PSE, and others. You don't need to worry about compliance issues. Whether your projects are in the EU, the UK, or other overseas markets, we help you avoid certification risks and steadily execute your projects and secure your orders.

Can Your Factory Really Deliver for Large Overseas Engineering Projects?
    Apr 30, 2026
For overseas engineering contractors sourcing holiday lighting for large-scale projects—such as theme parks, city Christmas decoration lightings, or resort illuminations—two major challenges often arise: unstable production capacity and inconsistent quality control. The solution lies in partnering directly with an experienced source factory that has true scale advantages. With our 26 years of industry experience as proof, a genuine source factory can help you safely take on and deliver large international orders in the following ways.     1. Proven Scale & Dedicated Infrastructure A factory's ability to handle large orders starts with its physical footprint. LEJIN occupies 13,000 square meters, with a production area of 7,800 square meters. This scale means we have dedicated assembly lines, raw material warehouses, and quality inspection zones—so even urgent orders for tens of thousands of string lights or multiple motif lights won't disrupt our normal production rhythm.     2. Deep Manufacturing Expertise & Diverse Product Lines Long-term experience directly translates into process stability. Having focused on decorative lighting for over 26 years since 2000, LEJIN has mastered the production of holiday decoration lights (Christmas, Halloween, New Year), motif lights, and smart decoration lights. For overseas engineering projects, this means you can consolidate multiple product categories from just one factory—reducing coordination risks and shipping costs.     3.
